Introduction :

Pitta Dosha primarily governs Metabolism i.e. transformation of food into nutrients.Pitta signifies Fire; while optimum Pitta is required for proper enzymatic activities, liver functions and digestion, an excess of the same can lead to overt heat, sweating, thirst and hunger. Excess of Pitta is also associated with tendency towards hyperacidity, peptic ulceration, loose stools, burning micturition, hypertension, premature greying of hair, excessive hair fall and early appearance of signs of skin aging. Furthermore, Pittaja individuals frequently complain about excessive anger and irritable temperament.

Dosage

A soothing warm cup of Pitta Tea two to three times a day.

Method of Preparation

Immerse the Tea Bag in a cup of boiling water. Cover it and let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Sip it warm.

Presentation

Each Herbal Tea Bag contains 2 g of the therapeutic Herbal Mixture. A single pack contains 20 such Tea Bags.
