Introduction :

Enriched with the goodness of Neem and potent oral care herbs, Neem Toothpaste is an ideal dental care formulation that protects against plaque, dental caries and tooth decay. It is highly recommended for routine usage as it prevents bad breath (halitosis), gingivitis (bleeding and inflamed gums), dental sensitivity, plaque, cavities and pyorrhea.

A time-tested and scientifically validated herb, Neem is renowned for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, soothing and healing properties, which are extremely therapeutic for oral health and hygiene.  It has been observed to be as good as Sodium Hypochlorite1, an effective antimicrobial commonly used in dental preparations. Actions :

Neem (Azadirachta indica)

Neem exerts potent antimicrobial activity against oral pathogens; it has significant antiplaque activity and considerably ameliorates gingival inflammation. Neem protects against dental caries by efficiently inhibiting the growth of dental pathogens; maintains and enhances oral health and hygiene.

Haridra (Curcuma longa)

Significant antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and healing actions - Promotes gingival healing, Inhibits Caries causing S. mutans biofilm formation.

Maricha (Piper nigrum)

Rich in Piperine and Pellitorine, Black Pepper (or Maricha) exerts significant analgesic action in toothache7, protects against tooth decay, cures dental sensitivity and efficiently maintains oral hygiene.

Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum)

Marked by strong aroma and astringent taste, this herb is known as Elixir of Life in Ayurveda. Exerts significant anti-S.mutans activity and protects against Dental plaque and caries. Rich in Eugenol, Tulsi endows significant protection against dental sensitivity and efficiently combats toothache.

Katsaraiya (Barleria prionitis)

Also known as Vajradanti, this gum and teeth strengthening herb exerts significant antimicrobial activity against various oral pathogens and protects against dental caries.

Clove Oil (Syzygium aromaticum)

Efficiently relieves toothache; Inhibits the growth of Candida albicans biofilm and bacterial pathogens that caries and dental plaque.

Saindhav Lavana
